Screen recorder for Minecraft?????????????????????…

I want to make Minecraft videos really badly.I have tried Fraps,Camtasia,etc.They all lag for me.My computer is not the best and has only 1G of RAM.PLease give me a link or tell me about a screen recorder that has no lag,not so much power intake,etc.Is PCHand good?Thanks!!!
