About disinheriting my niece,?

My extended family were never close and through the years we have had several family fights. I am childless and planned on willing everything to her at my demise,but she had a big formal church wedding and invited everyone else in the family to the wedding except my wife and me! I plan on disinheriting her. How should I proceed?
