My yahoo mail does not show up on my phone as it has in the past.?

I went to my phone provider sprint and customer service tried to trouble shoot the problem with no success of pulling up my account. Odd he was able to pick up his own yahoo account on my phone but not my own. It appears it must be an internal problem with my account. Please help me correct this problem. Thank you
