COMMENTS:This stillborn fetus Twin A was born by C-section delivery of a 36yr old woman with a 301/2wk gestation twin pregnancy by dates complicated by gestational diabetes, maternal protein Deficiency (a thrombphilic disorder), and the recent Twin A intrauterine fetal demise. No specific etiology for this fetal demise is determined.
