22 weeks and sharp pain around hip?

I just started noticing that later in the night around 1 or 2 I have this sharp pain right by my hip on the right side and the pain shoots straight up my back. It hurts and it wakes me up. I still feel him kicking and moving all the time but I just want to know what this pain is. I know its probably not braxton hicks
